REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Fill out the name and age of the dancer. Then click 'Register for Workshop' to complete the registration.
Please add each student/child seperately repeating the process for each dancer attending.
Additional student information can be also added in the last text box regarding that student. (optional)
You must be a parent or guardian to register any child under 18.

Payment is for deposit only. Remaining balance due at event.
