ELEVATE will be held at Blake Arts High School in Tampa Florida. Guest Master Teachers TBA
There will 2 age groups:
Young Dancers 9 - 12 year olds
TOTAL WORKSHOP PRICE: $250
DEPOSIT: $105 (Required to reserve a spot)
Int/Adv Dancers 13+
TOTAL WORKSHOP PRICE: $270
DEPOSIT: $105 (Required to reserve a spot)

Payment online is required to reserve your child's place in the workshop. $105 deposit and either $150 (level 1) or $170 (level 2) due on arrival to the workshop.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Fill out the name and age of the dancer. Then click 'Register for Workshop' to complete the registration.
Please add each student/child seperately repeating the process for each dancer attending.
Additional student information can be also added in the last text box regarding that student. (optional)
You must be a parent or guardian to register any child under 18.
Payment is for deposit only. Remaining balance due at event.
